What's inside

Everything your school already does — just not on paper.

Built around how Indian K–5 schools actually run. Nothing priced module by module.

Attendance

A minute a class, not a register a day

Mark the roll on a phone, log leave reasons, and let parents see it the moment it's saved.

Fees

Every rupee accounted for

Raise term invoices, track dues per child, and hand parents a receipt they can open any time.

Exams & report cards

Marks in, report cards out

One grade scale across the school. Enter marks per subject; publish a printable card per term.

Getting started

Live by the end of the afternoon.

Three steps, in the order your office would do them anyway.

  1. 1
    Create your institute
Sign up, name the school, pick your session dates. Two minutes, no card needed.
  2. 2
    Bring your data in
Add classes and subjects, then import students from a CSV or Excel sheet you already have.
  3. 3
    Issue logins and go live
The office creates accounts for teachers, students and parents. Everyone signs in to their own portal.
Trust

Your school's records, kept your school's business.

A school runs on sensitive data — who was absent, who owes fees, what a teacher wrote about a child. Access is decided by role, not by who knows the link.

Scoped to your school
Multi-tenant by design — every query is bound to your institute, so no record ever crosses schools.
Admin-issued logins
No public sign-ups into your school. The office creates and revokes accounts.
Permissions per module
Give the accountant fees, the coordinator attendance, and nothing more.
Audit trail
Sensitive actions are logged with who did what, and when.
FAQ

Questions the office always asks.

Do we need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on any laptop or phone. Teachers and parents just open a link and sign in.

How do students and parents get accounts?

Your office issues them. Admin creates logins from the staff and student records — or approves sign-ups made with your school's join code. There is no public sign-up into your school.

Can we bring our existing student list across?

Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file and the importer matches on admission number, so you can re-run it as your list changes without creating duplicates.

Which academic year does it follow?

April to March, with terms, exam schedules and holidays laid out for the Indian session. Fees are in rupees throughout.

Is our data separate from other schools?

Yes. Every record — students, marks, fees, messages — is scoped to your institute, and staff only see the modules you grant them.

What does it cost to try?

Creating an institute is free. Set it up, add a class, and see it working before you bring your whole team in.

Ready when you are

Start free. Bring your team in when it feels right.

Create your institute, add one class, and take attendance today. Everything else can wait until you've seen it work.
